LedgerLine Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of LedgerLine, including our Free and VIP memberships on Whop and our site at ledgerline.cc. By joining or using LedgerLine, you agree to them.
Important
21+ only, and only where sports betting is legal. LedgerLine shares picks for information and entertainment. It is not betting advice and no result is guaranteed. Past results don't predict future results. Units measure stake size and are not real money won. LedgerLine is not a sportsbook and does not accept wagers. Gambling problem? Call 1-800-MY-RESET.
Who we are
LedgerLine shares sports player prop picks for NFL, NBA, NHL and soccer. We are not a sportsbook. We take no bets and hold no money for betting. Contact: contact@ledgerline.cc
Who can use LedgerLine
You must be 21 or older and live somewhere sports betting is legal. You are responsible for following the laws where you live. LedgerLine is offered only to people in US states where sports betting is legal. We do not offer it anywhere else.
Memberships and price
Free: some picks and every graded result, at no cost. VIP: $19 per month or $149 per year. VIP renews automatically at the same price until you cancel.
Whop sells and bills all memberships. Whop handles your payment and holds your payment details. We never see your full card details. Prices may change; any change applies from your next renewal, and we will tell members at least 14 days before.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime in Whop: open your Whop profile, go to Orders, pick LedgerLine VIP, and choose Cancel membership (on mobile, Manage Orders). You keep VIP access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that you are not charged again. See our Cancellation Policy.
Refunds
In short: no refund on a first purchase or on yearly plans, and a 48 hour window on monthly renewals if you forgot to cancel. See our Refund Policy for the details.
Our record
We grade every pick publicly, wins, losses and voids, at the odds at the time we posted. A void means the pick did not count, for example because the player did not play, and we state the reason. Our record shows past results only.
Your use of our content
Picks and posts are for your personal use. Do not resell, repost or share VIP content outside LedgerLine. We may remove access without a refund if you do, or if you harass members or staff. If we remove you for breaking these rules, you get no refund.
No guarantees
LedgerLine is provided as is. We do our best to be accurate, but picks can be wrong and info can change after we post. You decide what to do with any pick, and any bet you place is your own choice and your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, LedgerLine is not responsible for any money you lose betting, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new date at the top, and big changes will be announced to members.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
