LedgerLine Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect when you use LedgerLine on Whop and at ledgerline.cc, and what we do with it.
What we collect
From Whop: when you join, Whop shares some account details with us as the seller, such as your name or username, email address, which membership you have, and your payment status and dates. Whop processes your payment and keeps your payment details. We do not receive your full card number. Whop's own privacy policy covers what Whop does with your data.
In our community: your username and anything you post in our forums or chats, and messages you send us.
If you email us: your email address and what you write.
Tracking: our website, ledgerline.cc, uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It measures visits to our site and how well our ads work. Meta handles that data under its own privacy policy, and you can control how Meta uses it for ads in your Meta ad settings. Whop, which hosts our store and member pages, uses its own tracking (including a pixel) under Whop's privacy policy. We run no other analytics.
How we use it
To give you access to what you paid for, to answer you, to run and protect the community, and to send membership updates. We do not send marketing emails.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it except with the services we need to run LedgerLine (such as Whop), or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your info while you are a member and for up to 12 months after it ends, then we delete it, unless the law requires longer.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your info by emailing contact@ledgerline.cc. Some data held by Whop must be requested from Whop directly.
Age
LedgerLine is for people 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect info from anyone younger.
